Administrative Assistant Position -
We are currently hiring for a full-time Administrative Assistant for a busy office that deals with a diverse population. Qualifications:
- High school graduation or GED equivalent.
- Two years experience in an office environment.
- 45 wpm typing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Answer multiple phone lines.
- Cash handling.
- Strong customer service skills for all types of customers.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Filing
- Data entry
- Ability to work under pressure
- An open mind
Work Schedule:
- Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Occasional Saturdays for auctions.
Benefits:
- 40 hours a week
- Overtime after 40 hours.
- 90 day probationary period
- After probation 100% medical, dental, and eye care paid by company.
- After probation AFLAC offered to employee, and paid for in full by employee.
- After two years employee is eligible for Simple IRA where the company matches up to 3% of employee’s annual income.
- After one year of employment the employee is entitled to one week paid vacation. After five years the employee is entitled to two weeks paid vacation. After ten years the employee is entitled to three weeks paid vacation.
- The paid holidays are: New Years Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Vetrans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
- Hourly wage starts at $10.00 per hour then goes to $12.00 per hour at the end of the probationary period. Raises depend on the employee after that.

Tow Truck Driver Position -
We are currently hiring for a full-time tow truck driver. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school graduation or GED equivalent.
- Must live in the city limits of Bellingham.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must pass a drug test.
- Must not have a criminal history.
Work Schedule:
- The schedule is five days on and two days off. The days depend on the need of the company at the time of the interview.
Benefits:
- 40 hours per week.
- Overtime after 40 hours.
- 90 day probationary period.
- After probation 50% of medical, dental, and eye care paid by company.
- After three years 100% medical, dental, and eye care paid by company.
- After probation AFLAC offered to employee, and paid for in full by employee.
